It mainly produces various high-grade fashion fabrics and home textile fabrics.
I. High-grade fashion fabrics:
1. Dobby series: the dobby air-jet looms owned by our company can be adopted for producing various dobby fabrics with maximum 16 healds and 4 wefts in different colors. The adoption of differentiated weft projector can produce fabrics in warp and weft yarns with different thickness of 10 times. Dobby fabrics with two different warp yarns in polyester super-fine staple and cotton can even replace yarn-dyed fabrics, with different colors and designs appearing on the surface after special finishing procedure. Fabrics produced thereof have strong three-dimensional feeling, soft and smooth hand-feeling and are the ideal material for high-level fashion wear.
2. Super-find and high density series:we can produce various sateen drill and down-proof fabrics with warp yarns of 100S the maximum and density of 230 picks/inch the maximum. These fabrics have fine yarns, but high density, which can offer very close structure in fabrics as well as soft hand-feeling, smooth surface, nice pendency and anti-crease features. They are also ideal material for high-grade garments.
3. Poplin, down-proof, khaki, sateen drill and bi-level fabrics:we can produce super-fine cotton and poly/cotton poplin, down-proof and sateen drill fabrics, and also various spandex poplin, khaki and sateen drill. The maximum width for spandex items on loom is 74”, while that for non-spandex items is 44”-72”. They are mostly used for middle and high grade garments.
II. Home textile fabrics: we produce various large-width plain, twill, sateen drill and dobby fabrics for home textile industry, which can be used for blinding, wind proof, heat insulation, heat preservation, noise absorption and decoration. Long-staple knotless cotton is used to produce high-end bedding articles to guarantee even levelness, low impurity, smooth surface, vivid structure and soft color shade. The fabrics are very soft and smooth in hand-feeling and offer excellent feeling against skin.
1.Super-fine polyester and Model interwoven dobby fabric:interwoven by super-fine polyester staple in the warp and Modal or cationic yarn in the weft and processed by special finishing, so that the fabric can show different color shades and designs; in addition, the fabric is soft and smooth in hand-feeling, and bright in shade, which make it the priority for high-grade shirts.
2.Down-proof fabrics:featured of even levelness, low impurity and close fabric structure; fabric surface is even and smooth, water repellent, wind and down proof, which make it the ideal material for down-proof wear. Key items are: 116＂(67＂)133×100 JC40S×JC40S、94＂(67＂)133×96 JC35/T6545S×45S、63＂175×146 JC80S×JC80S 、67＂140×140 JC60S×JC60S1/1.
3.Pure cotton combed poplin:yarns featured of even levelness, smoothness, low filoplume, light weight, soft hand-feeling; and fabrics featured of smooth surface, evenness, chubbiness, clear diamond granule on the surface, nice moisture absorption and breathing, and crease-free effect after finishing, which make it suitable for making high-grade shirts. Key items are 63＂142×80 JC50S×JC50S、67＂133×72 JC40S×JC40S、67＂110×90 JC40S×JC40S、105＂110×90 JC40S×JC40S、126＂110×90 JC40S×JC40S.
4.Poly/cotton combed poplin:made of super-fine polyester staple and cotton, featured of low impurity, even levelness, smooth fabric surface, soft hand-feeling. The low moisture regain percentage of polyester staple can offset some disadvantages of cotton fibers with its high initial modulus of elasticity. Fabrics made thereof are not only crease free and fast-drying, but also functions well in moisture absorption like cotton fibers. They are mainly used in shirts, and key items are: 63＂133×72 JC35/T6545S×45S、99＂110×76 JC35/T65 45S×45S、63＂110×95 JC50/T50 40S×40S.
5.Pure cotton combed sateen stripe:made of fine combed and knotless cotton yarns, and featured of even levelness, low impurity, smooth surface, vivid weave structure, soft color shade, and nice pliancy like silk fabric, which make it suitable for high-end fashion and home textiles. Key items are: 70＂133×95 JC40S×JC40S regular stripe、94＂145×107 JC40S×JC40S irregular stripe、72＂130×80 JC32S×JC32S+40D irregular stripe、114"133×95×JC40S×JC40S、118"178×114×JC60S×JC40S、126＂180×111 JC60S×JC40S stripe.
6.Spandex sateen drill and poplin:made of Dupond Lycra core-spun yarns and adopt rolling-up prevention techniques so that the common problem of rolling up in spandex sateen drill is solved. The fabric is featured of low filoplume, even yarn levelness, bright fabric surface, soft hand-feeling, easy moisture-absorbing and breathing, moderate elasticity, comfort in wearing. Spandex sateen drill feels heavy and soft while spandex poplin feels rather light and elegant. Both are popular fabrics for high-end fashion wear. Key items are 72＂130×80 JC32S×JC32S+40D 4/1；71＂105.5×72 JC50S×JC50S+40D; 63＂155×80 JC50S×JC50S+40D 4/1; 72＂110×72 JC60S×JC60S+30D; 68.6＂125×76 JC80S×JC60S+30D.
7.Miton jacquard series:made of super-fine polyester staple and twisted fine cotton yarns. It is featured of yarns with even levelness, low impurity, cleanness and a three-dimensional effect realized by fibers that are dyed into different colors due to their different performance in absorbing dyestuff. Fabrics are smooth and slippery in feeling and perform very well in crease-free. Key items are 63＂130×80 T40S×（CT40S+JC80S/2）、63＂130×84 T45S×（T45S+JC40S）.
8.Stripe or check poplin series:interwoven with warp and weft yarns in different sizes and materials while changing the number of healds and weave structure, which realizes different color shades and designs after dyeing finish. It is featured of a three-dimensional effect, even fabric surface and bright shades, making it one of the most popular fabrics. Key items are: 63"130×80 (T40S＋JC40S)×JC40S+T40+M/T45S、63＂130×80 (T42+JC40)×T42+JC40S+TOD+M/T40S.
9.Bi-level series:adopt super-fine combed yarn to connect two levels of fabrics together to reach close weave structure, smooth and even fabric surface, soft color shade. It is featured of heavy but soft hand-feeling and excellent heat preserving effect, making it suitable for high-end coat, heating wear and children’s wear.
